Matt Read & Leon Best |
jhai
ltd were pleased to be official match
sponsors of Yeovil Town FC’s pre-Christmas home
game against Bradford City. The goalless draw was a bit
like the weather -generally pretty dull – but that
didn’t stop the jhai
team from the Dorset office enjoying Yeovil FC’s
hospitality, attending on pitch presentations and nominating
Man of the Match.
The picture shows jhai
Company Secretary presenting the award to Yeovil’s
Leon Best. Nice of Leon to be sporting jhai
colours! |

Conquers Ben Nevis 14/10/2006 |
14th
October 2006 saw a team of jhai ltd staff climb Ben Nevis in aid
of Breast Cancer Care, Sallie Bridges, Sally Clark and Sarah Flint
from our Derby office and Louise James from our Liverpool office.
The team raised in excess of £2000 for Breast Cancer Care.

Weather wise it couldn’t
have been better for us as we set off just before 9am
accompanied by Sandy the bag-piper! We reached the summit
between 1pm and 2pm, we did well, some of the other walkers
had to be turned back by the guides as it would have been
to late for them to finish. As it was it was dark by the
time we all got off the hill but the sunset over the mountains
was an awesome sight. |

| “It was very hard work but well
worth it, we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support
we had from the guys at Ptarmigan Treks, I’d probably still
be up there now if it wasn’t for them!” says Sallie
Bridges. Sarah said “It was a once in a lifetime experience,
literally, never again!” However Louise is set to do it all
over again next year even though she now knows how incredibly difficult
it is! When Sally Clark was asked if she would do it again the response
was “No I’m not doing it again, next year is sponsored
needlework!” |
